Leveraging Digital Platforms to Drive Advocacy Efforts

Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR) presents:

"Leveraging Digital Platforms to Drive Advocacy Efforts"

Digital is a strong tool to ensure your message is heard, but you have to break through the noise as every other organization continues to move towards digital platforms. Join WWPR for a professional development event featuring Tina Anthony, Vice President, Director of Digital with Curley Company, to determine the digital best practices to influence policy and stakeholders. In this session, you will walk away understanding the importance of digital advocacy, learn the key principles of a solid digital advocacy campaign, and determine your digital advocacy goals and how to implement them.

Tina’s Biography

At Curley Company, Tina oversees digital strategy for our clients. She partners with clients to establish, grow and advance their reputation, brand and causes through digital storytelling, advocacy, advertising and community engagement. She has a strong focus in content strategy and development, having guided trade associations and corporate communications content creation campaigns in variety of sectors, most recently in consumer technology and consumer packaged goods.

Prior to Curley Company, Tina spent seven years at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the US trade association representing more than 2,200 consumer technology companies which owns and produces CES® – The Global Stage for Innovation. At CTA, she built the award-winning social media strategy for CES, the world’s largest technology event and the largest annual North American tradeshow. Tina created and developed the digital presence for CTA and CES, strategically delivering the association’s key messages and brand value to various audiences by launching new channels and experimenting with different digital tactics to deliver content.
