Rebecca Cassidy
Author

If you’re a working woman looking for guidance on how to successfully work with other women, here is your unofficial guide. In her upcoming book: Women at Work: Successful Tips for Working Together, Rebecca Cassidy shares the rules for success she’s learned from her mentors, other notable women, and her own experiences working in female dominated workplaces.

The hypothesis is simple: The rules for success when working in a primarily female environment are different from those for women working in a male-dominated environment. By sharing her own career missteps, interviews and research, Cassidy has found a strategy, rooted in sociology, that will help any woman begin to understand themselves and their colleagues in a new, constructive way. This event will review the history, sociology, and new tools for working together successfully. Because when we learn to work together, the tide will lift all boats.
