Opening of the 75th Anniversary Exhibition France-Amerique Magazine.

Founded by France Libre exiles during WWII, France-Amérique has evolved significantly since its inception as a French language newspaper in 1943. In its current form, France-Amérique is published monthly as the only French-English bilingual magazine in the U.S. To celebrate this transformation, on the year of its 75th anniversary, France-Amérique is organizing the collection and display of 20 original illustrations by French artist Olivier Tallec to have graced its covers since its most recent rebranding.

WAA - Washington Accueil Association is aimed at welcoming and supporting French speaking persons and their families coming in the Washington D.C Metropolitan area. We organize professional meetings, social events, cultural visits, sportive activities to facilitate their integration in the United States while keeping up with their Francophone language and culture.
