Michael Seo is an entrepreneur focusing on innovation in health care delivery. Through his work with Africa Institute for Health Policy and ReaMedica he has launched initiatives to accelerate health service entrepreneurship through advisory services, research and partnerships. The initiatives explore the intersection of business, social and public policy innovation to create sustainable enterprises in low and middle resource environments. He has presented his ideas, models and case studies to the Association of Corporate Contribution Professionals, Fulbright Association (panelist Annual Fulbright Association Conference for Global Health and Education November 2015) and the Huffington Post.
Previously he led the World Economic Forum Healthcare Industries sector and led initiatives on health delivery models and innovation, health data and the role of the health industries in Disaster Preparedness and Response. He is also a Contributor at Oxford Analytica and the Huffington Post where he has written on social innovation, global health and entrepreneurship.
He holds International Master’s in Health Leadership at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University an, MSc from the London School of Economics, undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland. He is an alumnus of the Global Leadership Fellows program at the World Economic Forum, the Coro Leadership New York Fellows program in civic leadership and is currently a Revive the Dream fellow in education reform.
