Jim Stockmal, President of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) and Director, Smart City Strategy & Architecture Planet Defense, LLC, will be speaking at the Rocky Mountain Strategy Summit on April 21, 2018, in Denver, Colorado; He will be giving a presentation on Smart Cities. Additionally, Jim will be moderating several breakout sessions at ASP's Annual Conference in Chicago during May 9-11, 2018.
Suzan French, president of marketing communications firm FlackShack, has recently been appointed to lead the town of Colonial Beach, Virginia (CBVA) in its revitalization and tourism efforts. CBVA, a river and beach town located on the Potomac 65 mi south of DC, was formerly known as the Playground of the Potomac, until construction of the Bay Bridge made travel to MD shores easier. French and her team are developing a new website and launching a full scale travel and tourism marketing campaign to bring the small, quaint town into the limelight.
