Mike Doble, Principal at Doble Communications Consulting, is pleased to report that his novel titled On the Hot Seat has been published and is available on Amazon. It is the story of the rise and fall of a fictitious Washington, DC, PR firm representing clients you love to hate: A third world dictator; A car company whose new SUV has a major defect and is burning on highways worldwide; A chemical company staging a publicity stunt that goes spectacularly wrong in front of the media. Then, one of their tank farms blows up. Two bumbling hit men accidentally save some of the company’s tattered reputation. The book pokes fun at the "how-not-to" of the PR business while suggesting the "how to" through characters who are doing the right thing - even while their clients resist. Congratulations!
