You have heard about Unconscious Bias, now you can experience your own in a safe, guilt free zone. If you are curious about how your brain works regarding bias, this is the workshop for you. We all have bias and you will learn how to reduce yours.

Learning Objectives

Research on decision making points ( unconscious bias ) to the fact that when individuals are highly aware of their decision-making process, they can see how non-determinant data influences their thinking. This awareness mitigates bias in decision making by giving people access to a larger set of choices to reach their intended outcomes.

Lorne will lead you through an experiential workshop to uncover your unconscious bias. Through this workshop, you will understand how unconscious bias influences your decision making. You will learn and practice techniques designed to reduce bias and help you make better choices.
