Over the past 3 decades, we’ve carefully studied how hiring managers make decisions, and will offer you insights that improve your odds of being hired. Following a 30 minute overview, we will open things up for an Ask Me Anything discussion. We welcome your questions on any topic including: perspective on the current Washington DC association and nonprofit job market, how to manage your career during a recession, how to answer tough interview questions, how to work with search firms, and anything else on your mind.
