The Art of Innovation with Noah Scalin

HR Leadership Forum (HRLF) presents:

"The Art of Innovation with Noah Scalin"

This is not about getting out of a box or coming up with a Big Idea. It’s about being able to consistently draw out the potential in any situation.

The World Economic Forum named creativity one of the top 3 must-have skills for success in all industries. It is essential to keeping up with the pace of innovation and change in these VUCA times. But very few organizations truly invested in the development of this essential capability. Why? Because creativity is considered too intangible to measure, too messy to fit into a strategic plan or simply something that is only for a few specially talented people. Any organization serious about preparing for tomorrow will need to change how they think and talk about creativity in the workplace, today.

In this engaging presentation, Artist/Author Noah Scalin pulls back the curtain on his own awe-inspiring artwork to explain the real ROI of creativity. Through a highly-engaging illustrated presentation he shares the story of how he transformed his work and life through a surprisingly simple practice.

This presentation challenges common misperceptions about creativity and provides The Big Seven key strategies that anyone can use to innovate and grow and inspire others to do the same!

You are invited immediately to put these concepts into practice themselves with a complimentary one-week Creative Sprint® challenge delivered directly to you by email following the event.

Noah Scalin is the first ever artist-in-residence at the Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business where he was retained as adjunct faculty. He founded his own business, Another Limited Rebellion in 2001 with the idea that he could make a living doing what he enjoyed and effect positive change in the world. Since then, Noah has traveled the world bringing his message of creative practice to everyone from incarcerated teenagers to Fortune 500 executives. His renown Skull-A-Day project won a Webby Award and landed him on The Martha Stewart show. His artwork is collected internationally and has been exhibited in numerous museums and galleries. He is the author of six books on creativity, art & design.
