Selling & Surviving in Tough Times – Nonprofit Consulting Lessons from the Great Recession
Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) presents
"Selling & Surviving in Tough Times - Nonprofit Consulting Lessons from the Great Recession"
These are tough times for nonprofit consultants. Now, more than ever, you need to focus on your sales pipeline and ways to financially sustain your nonprofit consultancy despite these tough economic times.
In this program, Gary Romano, President and CEO of Civitas Strategies, will share research accumulated on businesses that were resilient through the Great Recession, including his own experiences growing his nonprofit consulting business. Attendees will learn actionable strategies for keeping their sales pipeline moving and staying solvent in this difficult time.
Come prepared to focus on how to integrate these strategies into your own nonprofit consulting business to keep your pipeline strong.
In addition to the webinar, Gary is offering two additional learning opportunities for each person who registers for the webinar.
• Small Group Coaching – You will be invited to sign up for one 30-minute small group session on building and advancing your own sales pipeline during our current crisis. Gary will provide coaching to small groups of up to 5 participants in each session. Multiple sessions will be available, and you will receive an invitation to choose the session that best fits your schedule.
• Q&A Session – You will be invited to a Q&A session which will be held a 7-10 days after the webinar where Gary will respond to your questions in light of the current business climate. We will poll those who register to determine an optimal date.
Fee: FREE -- In lieu of a fee, we ask each participant to donate to a local DC/MD/VA nonprofit providing front-line support during the COVID-19 crisis. We ask you to make a donation equivalent to the value you received from this program. A list of local nonprofits will be provided to those who register.
More details will be provided to those who register for the webinar.
