"Salary Negotiations - How to Get What You Want and Deserve"
The Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) invites you to a career talk on salary negotiations. Whether you are applying to your first job or being promoted to a senior position within your organization, salary negotiation is an important part of your career advancement. But negotiating a salary can be daunting and research shows women frequently ask for less than they deserve. Getting a new job or a raise is a moment of opportunity, when your leverage is at its maximum and you want to get the best agreement. This session offers advice on how to think through your negotiating strategy so that you are confident that you are getting the best deal possible.
