About Our Speaker:
Lizabeth Wesely-Casella serves as the organizational right hand for high-impact leaders who want to reclaim their focus on the big picture when their administrative and communication processes break down. As the Founder and CEO of L-12 Services LLC, Lizabeth provides senior-level executive support, communications policy development and training, program and project management, and administrative systems design services to a range of executives. She and her team support professionals who require forward-thinking, fiercely loyal advisors who help them organize, manage, and execute their business.
With a degree in business administration and a master certificate in LEAN Six Sigma, Lizabeth has over 20 years of experience as an administrator and policy and programming consultant. Her work has contributed to successful project outcomes in federal health policy, international program development, and non-profit grassroots management. Additionally, she is a keen advocate for mental health as well as women's issues, has spoken at Congressional briefings, and written for several publications.
More than an organizational powerhouse, Lizabeth is a strategic advisor. She helps leaders identify areas where they can increase efficiency and improve process. Lizabeth's vast range of experience allows her to share insights in areas such as change and transition management, administrative systems analysis, program implementation, remote team communication, and project management. Ultimately, she helps her clients regain the presence of mind they need to think creatively and realize their leadership potential.
