Is Your Business Healthy? Time for a Rethink.
Thursday, June 10, 2021
4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
The WNG is pleased to welcome Chris O'Rourke, a globally recognized COO and a Certified Personal Trainer, who runs the NYC Chapter of the Chief Operating Officer Business Forum. Chris will explore with us the essential question: Is your business healthy? And the probability that it's time for a rethink. Welcoming remarks from WNG Chairman, Bill Stokes.

We traditionally define a “healthy” business as one that is profitable. However, current times mandate that we rethink this definition. A global pandemic, the increasing acknowledgement of mental and physical illness, a focus on DEI within both business and society, and massive shifts in how we work and collaborate all require that we prioritize health and wellness. In doing so, leaders can establish organizational wellness and build businesses that deliver more meaningful and tangible impact, both to their employees and customers. In this discussion and brief workshop, Chris will explore how we can define, leverage and implement social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical wellness as a means to navigate this time of change and create a “better normal.” Come join us for this important session.
