Please join the WNG Career Development Roundtable when we meet with Emily Rothberg of Rothberg Coaching, LLC, who will discuss with us how to manage your career - right now.

In this highly-interactive session, Emily will discuss how to take charge of your career, even during this time of unprecedented uncertainty. Whether you are employed, or, in transition, join us, as Emily shares best practices and concrete steps you can take to manage your career now. Attendees are invited to join in, sharing their own real-time experiences and lessons learned.

About Our Speaker:

Emily Rothberg is the founder and principal of Rothberg Coaching, LLC, through which she helps individuals navigate career transitions and re-imagine success at work. A former business executive, nonprofit champion, educator, and community leader, she has coached individuals from all walks of life to help them achieve greater career satisfaction, grow as leaders, and experience more fulfilling lives.

Previously, Emily held leadership positions at Deloitte, AT&T, and Fannie Mae. From executive communications, to public relations, and corporate philanthropy, she has served as spokesperson, partnership builder, and change maker, empowering individuals, building organizations, and strengthening communities.

She completed Coach Approach and leadership training at Deloitte. At George Mason University, she earned a Master’s degree in Sociology, with a dual specialty in Conflict Analysis & Resolution/Race & Ethnicity, giving her unique insight into the institutional factors affecting our interactions at work, in our communities, and society at large.

An alumnus of Leadership Greater Washington, Emily has served on countless nonprofit and business boards and volunteer organizations in the Washington DC area. She currently serves on the WNG Career Development Committee of the Washington Network Group (WNG). Additionally, you can find Emily on LinkedIn.

A long-time resident of the Greater Washington area, she resides in McLean, Virginia, with her husband, Peter and her golden retriever, Bailey.
