Go All In for You in 2019!

Women's Information Network (WIN) presents:

"Go All In for You in 2019!"

For many, the New Year presents a time to reflect and an opportunity to set new goals and create change. Yet, studies show that 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by the second week of February! Why is it so hard to create successful habits that last?

Join Christa Davis, founder of Christa Davis Coaching, in a workshop that will help you get out of your own way, breakthrough self-sabotage, and go “all in” for yourself and your biggest goals in 2019. We’re going to learn the most common ways we self-sabotage when setting and working towards goals, understand the key principles of committing to ourselves, and create an actionable plan to up-level your life in 2019!

In this workshop, you will:

• Understand the exact ways we unintentionally hinder our success and how to specifically address and transform these habits;
• Determine your biggest self-commitment gaps and discover powerful strategies that will ensure accountability to your commitments and goals;
• Learn a simple methodology to design an actionable plan that will set you up to achieve your biggest 2019 goals.

WHEN: February 12, 2019 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Cleveland Park Neighborhood Library (CPK First Floor Meeting Room 1)
