Go All In for You in 2019!
Christa Davis Coaching presents:
"Go All In for You in 2019!"
For many, the New Year presents a time to reflect and an opportunity to set new goals and create change. Unfortunately, studies show that 80 percent of new years resolutions fail by the second week of February! More importantly, beyond this time of year, how often do we make promises to ourselves to change a behavior or set a new goal, but then don’t follow through? The ability to follow through on creating change is a crucial life skill, but why, even with the best of intentions, can’t we stick out our commitments? Why is it so hard to create successful habits that last?
This workshop will help you get out of your own way, and go “all in” for yourself and your biggest goals in 2019. We’re going to learn the most common ways we self-sabotage when setting and working towards goals, understand the key principles of committing to ourselves, and create an actionable plan to up-level your life in 2019!
In this workshop, you will:
• Understand the exact ways we unintentionally self-sabotage our success and how to specifically address and transform these habits;
• Determine your biggest self-commitment gaps and discover powerful strategies that will ensure accountability to your commitments and goals;
• Learn a simple methodology to design an actionable plan that will set you up to achieve your biggest 2019 goals.
