David Nour will share with us his roadmap for personal, professional, and organizational growth, and discuss how to move beyond a linear growth journey. He will highlight how certain relationships enable a non-linear growth trajectory. Beyond what we can accomplish, they often shape who we become. David calls these relationships Curve Benders. In this conversation, David will describe who and where they are, how to find and engage them, and - equally valuable - how one becomes a Curve Bender to profoundly impact the lives and livelihoods of others.

Born in Iran, David immigrated to the U.S. as a teenager with $100, limited family ties and no fluency in English.
