HRLP is excited to kick-off the year with a leader in HR transformation. On February 1, Jeff Akin will join us to discuss how companies can achieve performance results through enhanced connection of strategy and workforce, advancement and focus of their digital transformation agenda,innovation, and ultimately the capture of true competitive advantage. Jeff will share a perspective on the industry of digital and its implications on people who drive the strategic objectives of a company, and specifically HR. This includes various things, such as the application of Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence, but beyond process it includes a cultural shift in what behaviors are required to execute in a more agile, innovative way.
Based on empirical research done with the Conference Board, DDI and EY, Jeff and team have derived what those critical behaviors look like, and have connected the presence of those behaviors to a significant financial outperformance in the market. We also know that the infrastructure of a company engaged in these behaviors needs to be aligned, such as technology, persona-based actionable insights, workforce structure, real estate, Cyber and IT requirements, and more.
