Want to jump start your morning creativity? Join us for AM Ad Buzz, our monthly morning content series. During this breakfast lecture you’ll learn what's next with creative and advertising trends, and how to make better decisions for you and your clients—all while staying up to date with AAF DC and networking with our elite membership base!

Understanding & Leveraging Communication Styles

So much of our professional success depends on our ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Yet each of us communicates a little differently, which can cause misunderstanding and impair our ability to connect with others.

In this session you’ll learn about the four main styles of communication and how we use them in different situations. Using a self-assessment survey provided during the workshop, you’ll also identify which communication styles you typically use under normal and stressful circumstances (hint: they are often different).

You’ll also learn helpful tips for recognizing and leveraging the different communication styles, leading to greater understanding and deeper connections with your clients and colleagues.
