Aligning Your Knowledge Skills with Your Passion
Women in Technology (WIT) WBO SIG presents:
"Aligning Your Knowledge Skills with Your Passion"
This interactive workshop will help participants unlock their imagination by providing real life examples of how business owners have used their passion to envision new ideas. Passion is a key ingredient to the Imagination step as it fuels ideas, motivation, and perseverance. The event will begin with an overview of the Invention Cycle with a deep dive into the Imagination step. Next, Arti Varanasi will lead participants through an interactive exercise and discussion on visioning, discovering their passion, and aligning their passion with tangible skills. Robin McDougal will share how she has used dream boards to visualize her business strategy and how her own dream board helped her launch her company. Participants will leave with actionable steps and a strategy for harnessing their imaginations to launch and drive their businesses forward.
