As co-owner of a profitable marketing company, Sean led sales and marketing for the firm to 400% growth over seven years, and then engineered the successful sale of the company to a larger corporation.
Now Sean is focused on helping people Live a healthier lifestyle. From eating right, exercising regularly, and still making time for family and friends, a person’s own needs often seem like overwhelming goals. Instead of attempting to conquer our health all at once, Sean’s philosophy is to start by setting more manageable goals and making the small changes today that can lead to great health benefits down the road.
Sean's understanding of leadership and knowledge of the skills that an effective leader must possess come from a wide range of experience in the training and development of people, starting with the recruiting through the hiring, managing and coaching stages of their professional growth as they progress through their careers.
Sean's insight and perspective come from both a corporate and entrepreneurial background with over 25 years of direct sales and marketing experience involving leadership roles, client account management, and the creation and execution of numerous sales plans, marketing campaigns and business development strategies. Sean’s specialties include Leadership Development, Professional Coaching, Business Strategy, and Team Building.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded the "Technology HH", a Tyson's Corner-based networking group for people working in sales, marketing and technical roles in the Northern Virginia / Washington DC / Maryland region, which later merged with the Washington Network Group. Sean is an Emeritus Member of the WNG Board of Advisors.
Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree from the American University in Washington, D.C., and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Maryland.
Sean and his wife have two children. In addition to helping people become healthier, he enjoys exercise, traveling, coaching his kids' sports teams and reading.
