David London is Vice President for State Policy and Politics at TechNet: The Voice of the Innovation Economy. TechNet is one of the world's largest trade associations with members such as Google, Facebook, Uber and Apple. David manage the U.S. state team. Previously, he was Senior Director & Head of North America Government Affairs for ofo US, where he was responsible for developing public policy strategy across the US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to ofo, he was Head Americas Government Relations at eBay where he set strategic direction for the public policy teams in U.S. Federal, State, Canada and Latin America. During his 12-year career with eBay, David held many leadership positions in both Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley including; Head of State Government Relations, Head of Western States Government Relations and Head of California Public Policy. Prior to eBay, David worked in Government Affairs for Cisco Systems in San Jose, California. He also served as Chief of Staff in the Maryland Senate and in the Prince George's County State's Attorney’s Office.
David attended New Jersey City University majoring in Political Science and minoring in African/Afro-American History. There he was President of the Political Science Club, elected to the College Senate and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society).
David is a an avid hiker and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Shenandoah National Park Trust and is a former board member for the Rock Creek Conservancy.
David is a native Washingtonian and currently resides in Potomac, Maryland.
