Crystal O’Neill is a Director with Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) where she’s responsible for providing strategic counsel to government officials and C-suite executives; building and leading teams; and driving integrated communication strategy, delivery and execution. She has more than fifteen years of experience delivering integrated campaigns that help prominent government agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, and non-profits engage and influence key audiences. Her keen 360-degree approach informs effective strategies that shape perceptions and drive action. She is a Di on the DiSC Leadership Profiles - dynamic, fast-paced, lead by example and quick to jump in the trenches with her team to achieve results.
Crystal has spent much of her career with internationally ranked PR firms and also built an in-house communications department from the ground up. Among other things, her diverse and deep experience includes public health education, outreach, and behavior change; working at the cross-section of technology, engineering and government; and standing up the Coalition for Veteran Owned Business in partnership with the Institute for Veterans & Military Families at Syracuse University. Her specialties include: marketing communications strategy, brand PR, partner and stakeholder engagement, media relations, behavior change, event planning and execution, change management and internal communications, team management and development, and working directly with C-suite and senior-level executives.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and is proud to say she once completed the Marine Corp. Marathon.
