The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for creating and executing demand generation programs to support company revenue goals. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and owns the complete campaign lifecycle – from concept of plans to reporting on results. The Marketing Campaign Manager collaborates not only with the marketing team but also with sales, product and executive teams. The role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and organized individual with hands-on experience creating and executing on marketing campaigns, managing a budget, and reporting on results. Top candidates will be resourceful, hardworking, and highly curious.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business, sales, and product leaders to develop and execute marketing plans that support revenue growth priorities.
• Support development of demand generation plans that are focused on strategic accounts, target clients, as well as industry and revenue-specific market segments.
• Create marketing programs for a variety of outbound and inbound channels to include social, retargeting, website, live events, webcasts and account based marketing.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness against agreed KPI’s such as marketing-generated pipeline.
• Work closely with marketing operations and content management colleagues to create and deliver dynamic and compelling lead generation programs.
• Support sales colleagues with regional campaigns in local markets as well as engaging their support on regional initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with marketing and business stakeholders, lead on planning discussions and take responsibility for the effective delivery of agreed plans.
• Build solid working relationships with external suppliers such as design agencies and event contractors.
• Contribute to the development of the marketing budget, manage spend against the annual budget and report on marketing effectiveness and impact on revenue.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns on various channels to include LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Accountability and timeliness on all projects
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills
• Self-starter mentality that works well without supervision
• Ability to learn new programs, processes, and terminology quickly
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid research, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Skills/Experiences:

• Experience working in smaller companies (under 100 employees)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM solutions – Marketo and Zoho are a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with managing social media accounts for companies or organizations
• Experience with data analysis – Tableau experience a plus

Education/Experience Required:

• BA/BS degree in business with a concentration in marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of demand generation experience within high tech or communications industries
